Where is and how to get to Vălișoarei Gorges

Cheile Vălișoarei, also known as Cheile Aiudului, are located in Alba County, in the Trascău Mountains, about 15 km from Aiud and form an impressive gorge, crossed by the county road DJ107M, which connects Aiud to Rimetea.
Access by car is via the DN1 (E81) to Aiud, then the DJ107M. The road is asphalted and practicable all year round, but in the cold season there can be slippery stretches.
