Sparkling Weekend

We warmly invite you to this weekend dedicated to the Sparkling Wines!
We will welcome you in the candle-lit restaurant with a sparkling cocktail and then serve you a delicious three-course tasting menu based on the best of local ingredients!
After a relaxing long night of sleep in one of our charming rooms, we will welcome you to breakfast, which will as always also feature some special warm egg dishes prepared a la minute…
In the late afternoon, we will gather for a relaxed 45min talk on the history and
regional differences of sparkling wine – of course, accompanied by a glass of
bubbles 😉
In the evening a four-course menu with an optional inspiring sparkling wine pairing (at extra cost) is awaiting you.
We will end the day with a nice glass of local raki in front of the bonfire.
After another relaxed breakfast with a glass of Prosecco on Sunday, its time to say goodbye, or you can choose to stay on another day or so…!
