We warmly invite you to this weekend dedicated to the delicious Périgord truffle, which we will forage together with you our guests in the Transylvanian Wilderness and taste in many different ways during this special weekend!
We will welcome you on Friday evening with a special cocktail in the charming atmosphere of our cozy restaurant and then embark on a special four-course plated Dinner featuring truffles and traditional Périgord recipes.
On Saturday we will prepare a delicious breakfast for you and then leave for a guided Truffle Hunt foraging for the king of the black truffle species. the Périgord truffle (tuber melanosporum). For Lunch, we will be spoiling you with our famous Transylvanian Truffle Risotto.
In the evening Chef Jonas Schäfer will serve a five-course tasting menu featuring Périgord Truffles for you! We will end the evening in front of a great roaring bonfire with a local Palinka….
After a relaxed breakfast on Sunday, it’s time to say goodbye, or you can choose to stay on another day or so…!
