During the course of two dinners and a small live cooking show on Saturday, we will spoil you with iconic Bordelaise specialties such as Aquitaine oysters, foie gras, spectacular fish stews, and fabulous Entrecôte. Indulge in a five-course and a seven-course dinner with special Bordeaux wines.
For those, who want to learn more about the history and special traditions of the wines made on the Gironde, we warmly invite you to a special workshop on Saturday afternoon including a tasting of different white, sparkling, and red wines from the left bank and the right bank of Garonne River.
As a special treat, we will also welcome the award-winning Tiberius Quartet, who will enchant us with their inspiring interpretations of French chamber music.
