We warmly invite you to this weekend dedicated to the beauty of Italian Cuisine, which holds a special place also in Chef Jonas Schäfer’s heart!
On Friday evening we will be welcoming you with an iconic Italian cocktail in the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the Valea Verde Restaurant and go all in! A sensational five-course-tasting menu is awaiting you, inspired by the cuisine of Francesco Bianco, the Hamburg-based award-winning Sicilian chef who so influenced Jonas Schäfer’s cooking style.
After a relaxed breakfast, we will have a special Venetian Cichetti experience awaiting you. These lesser-known “Italian Tapas” are based on old recipes from the beautiful city on the lagoon and offer a great variety of different small bites – a truly relaxed but delicious lunch experience!
For dinner, we will serve five classic Italian dishes traveling through the different regions of Italy and a fabulous wine pairing of premium Italian wines presented by the owner of the Tuscan winery “Tenuta Romana” (at additional cost).
We will end the day with a nice glass of local Grappa in front of the bonfire 😉
After another relaxed breakfast with a glass of Prosecco on Sunday it’s time to say goodbye, or you can choose to stay on another day or so…
