We warmly invite you to this weekend dedicated to the beauty of delicious meats and vegetables prepared on open fires, smoked in our American Smoker, or flash-grilled on our fire ring!
Chef Jonas Schäfer will prepare all meals on an open fire in the garden of Valea Verde on one of his eight different pits. Prepare for a very immersive experience in which you are most welcome to join Chef Jonas and his team alongside the fires, chat, and ask whatever interests you about this way of preparing food!
If you want to learn more, you are also welcome to book a special class in our cooking school, available Friday and Saturday around noon at an extra cost 😉
On Saturday, we will end the day with a nice glass of local palinka in front of the bonfire 😉
After a relaxed breakfast on Sunday, its time to say goodbye, or you can choose to stay on another day or so…!
