Hospitality Voucher

Optional:

• Depending on preference, the voucher can be sent in electronic or physical format.

• The electronic voucher will be sent within 48 – 72 business hours from payment confirmation.

• The physical voucher will be delivered within 5-7 business days from payment confirmation.

Conditions:

• This offer is valid exclusively as part of the “Black Friday 2024” campaign, which will take place from November 8, 2024, at 09:00 AM to November 10, 2024, at 11:59 PM.
• The voucher can be used during the period 20.11.2024 – 19.12.2025 for the purchase of services at Valea Verde Retreat, subject to availability.
• The voucher can only be used for standard bookings (not applicable to loyalty or Early Booking discounts and cannot be combined with other packages and promotions available in the “Offers” section on the Valea Verde Retreat website).
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for its cash value and can be used for a single purchase.
• The voucher value is non-refundable.
• The voucher is non-transferable.
• Full payment for the voucher must be made within 24 hours of order confirmation by the “Reservations” department.
• Any changes or cancellations after the “Black Friday 2024” campaign ends (November 11, 2024, at 00:00) will incur full penalties.
• Prices are in RON and include VAT.
• Special offers cannot be combined.
